DVD Player Compatibility Policy: |
| Permanent Treasures is not responsible for DVD incompatibility
with our clients' DVD players. Permanent Treasures creates video slideshow productions using only high-quality DVD+R/DVD-R media. Each copy is checked before shipping for quality-control on two (or more) different DVD players to make sure that it is working properly. Our DVDs are compatible with most DVD players. If you have trouble playing our DVDs on your DVD player, try cleaning your DVD player with a lens cleaner, then try your disc on a different player. Permanent Treasures highly recommends the Philips brand DVP3140, which retails for approximately $45.00 at most major United States electronics retailers. |

Shipping Policy: |
| Permanent Treasures is not responsible for your materials
before they arrive at our office or once they leave our office to be returned to you. Anything you send to Permanent Treasures for inclusion in your video will be returned with your completed order. We do not keep or discard anything sent to us by our clients, and your possessions are handled with the greatest of care at all times. Your materials will be returned to you in the same condition we received them (barring acts of God or nature, war or other unavoidable situation out of our control). We strongly recommend that you ship your materials to us via a shipping service such as FedEx, USPS Express Mail, UPS Overnight, DHL, etc., which gives you the ability to track and insure your package. |

Refund Policy: |
| Due to the time and labor involved in creating our DVD slideshows,
Permanent Treasures does not offer refunds. Refunds will not be issued in cases of DVD player incompatibility. To ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your final product, we strongly recommend taking advantage of our Preview Service, which allows you full editorial control and the ability to view and approve your show before it is finalized and returned to you. If notification is received within 30 days of shipping, we will be happy to edit your slideshow and make any required changes if you are not satisfied with your final product. If you desire changes to your order for reasons other than an error on the part of Permanent Treasures, there will be a remastering fee of $30.00 per hour (minimum of 2 hours), plus return shipping and handling fees (and additional copy fees if applicable). Any errors (typographical errors, sequence errors, etc.) on the part of Permanent Treasures staff will be corrected at no charge to you.
